EnergySync Program
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All participants must be 18 years or older. These terms form a legally binding agreement with respect to the EnergySync Demand Response Program.
You will not become a “Participant” in the Program until your application has been accepted and approved by TID.
Customers must enroll by June 30th of the current season to be eligible for the annual incentive.
Enrollment incentive will be a one-time issued incentive per the TID service agreement.
Please allow four to six weeks after enrollment to receive your enrollment incentive.
Must be an active customer throughout the season and participate in at least 60% of total eligible event run time(s). Customers who do not have an active account at the conclusion of the season (October 31st) will not be eligible for the participation incentive.
Annual participation incentives will be paid per enrolled Wi-Fi enabled thermostat(s).
Please allow four to six weeks after the end of the season to receive your annual participation incentive.
Participation is on a voluntary basis.
TID disclaims any and all liability for loss or damage which may arise as a result of the applicant’s participation in this program and makes no express or implied representations or warranties regarding participant’s use of the product.
Thermostat manufacturers may have additional terms and conditions that are applicable to the EnergySync Program.
