Where and when is the Energy Conference?
OATI’s 30th Birthday Bash Annual Energy Conference will be held October 15-17 at the Wynn Las Vegas in Las Vegas, NV.
How do I register for the conference?
Click the ‘Register Now” link on the Registration tab. We accept all major credit cards. **Note for those using a P-card, it must accept the 5045 MCC or it will be declined.
I heard that there will be many sessions on AI. Is that right?
Yes, that’s right. AI is one of 5 Streams that you will notice across Conference Sessions because of its growing importance in Grid Operations.
I read that there were going to be special registration deals. What are they?
The first special deal is a 30 Hour Flash Sale–starting on May 5th at 8:00 AM CDT for 30 hours. At the end of that Flash Sale, OATI is offering a BOGO offer. Additional deals will be announced from time to time.
When will the conference agenda be available?
A high level Agenda is available on the Agenda tab. It will be updated regularly.
I read that it’s OATI’s 30th Birthday Bash. Will we have birthday cake?
Great question—and Yes—there will be plenty of Birthday Cake for everyone!

How can I request a one-on-one meeting?
If you would like to schedule a one-on-one meeting with OATI Executives or your Project Manager please send an email with your topic of concern, preferred date and time and the OATI representative(s) you would like to meet with to EnergyConference@oati.net.
Can I get a refund for my registration if I cancel after I register?
Refunds will be honored should you need to cancel your registration on or prior to September 30, 2025. After September 30, 2025, no refunds will be given. Your cancellation must be submitted to EnergyConference@oati.net.
