OATI may update this Agreement at any time by posting additional or amended Terms on our Website. Any use of OATI Websites following the posting of the revised or amended Agreement is an agreement to such updated Terms. Accredited educational institutions, such as K-12, universities, private/public colleges, and state community colleges, may download and reproduce the Documents for distribution in the classroom. The documents and related graphics published on the services could include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.
OATI may make available certain public and/or private forums such as bulletin boards, e-mail lists, Twitter® feeds and chat rooms (collectively, “Peer Groups”) on the Website. Any and all information posted on or through a Peer Group will be generally accessible for viewing by others and may allow you to post, publish or otherwise contribute content to our Website. Accordingly, participants are encouraged to exercise discretion when using Peer Groups. You agree to use the Peer Groups only to post material that is proper and related to the content of the Website and the particular Peer Group. You may not:
– Use the Peer Group in connection with surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise).
– Violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity or intellectual property rights) of OATI or others.

– Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose, unless such Communication Services specifically allows such messages.
– Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Although OATI has no obligation to monitor the content of Peer Groups, OATI reserves the right to review materials related to any Peer Group and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. OATI may also terminate your access to any or all of the Peer Groups at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever. OATI reserves the right at all times to duplicate, publish and use as it sees fit any content you post or otherwise contribute to any Peer Group on the Website. You post it; OATI owns it (and thanks you for it).
