This convenient, easy-to-use Hub allows you to seamlessly manage and track webSupport Tickets, the health of your OATI systems, and securely communicate through our purposefully designed messaging tool, among many other beneficial features.

OATI Hub - Customer Service, Secure Messaging, Events & Notifications

The following functionality is available on the OATI Hub:

  • Ticket Reporting – The ability to submit and track webSupport tickets with screenshots and videos directly through your OATI solution instead of logging into webSupport separately or calling into the OATI Help Desk. These tickets are also conveniently pre-filled with information based on your user certificate for that solution, saving you much needed time!
  • webSupport Issues – Stay on top of tracking all your company’s Issues submitted through OATI webSupport.
  • Calendar – Take a look at upcoming OATI events, planned outages, scheduled upgrades, and custom company administrator entered events through our Calendar functionality.
  • Secure Messaging – Take advantage of the brand new messaging tool to easily communicate with others in your organization.
  • OATI Highlights – This exciting module features updates, messages, and links from OATI so you can easily be aware of any important information affecting your OATI solutions, get the latest info on new upgrades and features available, training documentation and videos, register for OATI events and trainings, and many other opportunities to better connect with and increase your knowledge on OATI solutions.   
  • Admin Dashboard – Designed specifically with Administrator users in mind, this configurable Dashboard allows admin to monitor the system health of OATI solutions, view notifications and alerts from OATI applications, enter in Calendar events for end users to view, and track Tickets and webSupport issues in one location.
