OATI SPP Markets+ Regional Workshop

OATI and APS are hosting an SPP Markets+ Regional Workshop on July 29, 2025, at the APS Deer Valley North Operations Center in Phoenix, AZ. This workshop is free to attend for all Market Participants who are interested in joining the new SPP Markets+ Market.

The objective of the OATI SPP Markets+ Regional Workshop is to connect you with experts with many years of experience in the SPP market and its introduction into the Western Interconnection. Our instructors will provide an in-depth analysis of potential benefits of participating and help you make sense of the SPP solution, integration requirements, and help you navigate various options, including deciding whether/how to stay with CAISO EIM, or join SPP Markets+ if you are already an EIM participant. They will use their combined experiences of working with SPP in the past on their WEIS and IM markets, lessons learned from previous implementations and much more to help you make an informed decision.
