OATI webDistribute CVR provides tools for an aggressive approach to CVR so utilities can maximize their results and make voltage regulation a dispatchable resource. OATI webDistribute CVR combines the Real-Time (RT) primary distribution data from Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) with the near RT data from Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) meters for secondary distribution, providing precise measurements and the maximum available load reduction within distribution operating limits. By utilizing AMI data, which renders the secondary distribution network observable, OATI webDistribute CVR makes it possible to have a much larger consumption decrease as voltage restraints are actually measured, not just estimated.
