Today, OATI is celebrating figure skating legend Michelle Kwan! Kwan was born on July 7, 1980 in Torrance, California. During her career, she won two Olympic medals, five World championships, and nine U.S. championships, making her the most decorated American skater of all time. Happy birthday Michelle!
