webTrans is our all-in-one interface solution designed to handle transmission management for transmission providers, including:

• Calculation of ATC/AFC — for either flow-based AFC or contract-path-based ATC calculations
• Processing of OASIS requests
• Validation of E-Tags — including checks against the TSRs to ensure accuracy of scheduled transmission against reserved transmission

OATI’s webTrans SSW (Simultaneous Submission Window) module is a value added solution for transmission providers that need to manage multiple party queued requests for identical service, on limited transmission, within a specified time window, allowing for lottery of the ATC without preference to customer or volume requested.

OATI’s OATI webTrans CCO (Conditional Curtailment Option) module is a solution for transmission providers who have long term requests from customers that are willing to have a curtailable service during identified condition periods in order have stability of rights for long term service.

OATI’s webTrans PCM (Preemptive and Competition Module) is a solution for transmission providers needing a consistent methodology for management of conditional lower priority requests from higher priority requests and the competition between equal priority request with unequal time periods from multiple parties through the management of rights of first refusal.

OATI’s NITS (Network Integration Transmission Service) on OASIS is a combination module for both webOASIS and webTrans that allows NITS transmission customers to manage their NITS contract of resources and loads. This module allows the transmission provider to manage the transmission allocation assigned to the NITS customer for better ATC management.
