OATI webJOU^TM is a web based plant scheduling system that will manage energy scheduling for one or more participants of an electric Joint owned unit (Jou). webJou is designed to accommodate a multiple owner plant where there may be numerous heat rate calculations, complex long term Service agreements (ltSa) and requirements for tracking and projecting Emissions and Gas Usage. webJOU utilizes plant specific heat rate data to determine the most economic output levels for the unit and displays corresponding heat rate, fuel requirement, operational cost, estimated maintenance cost as well as emissions usage and forecast. webJOUallows for each plant participant to submit their desired schedules to the system through their individual interface. through this interface, participants will also be able to view and receive their actual operational data and view plant specific information. All actual historical plant data and corresponding calculations are recorded including scheduled and actual gas usage thus enabling imbalance tracking and adjustments. Ascenario analyzer feature is also provided to assist in forward operational planning and market commitment. webJou incorporates the same user friendly “look and feel” as other OATI products and provides your company with additional efficiency and increased productivity.
