The OATI webCM package is a web-based Congestion Management assistance tool available to market participants and Balancing Authority operators. webCM gives these professionals an in-depth understanding of current network conditions such as active TLRs, the impact of energy transfers on NERC flowgates, transfer availability and constrained paths.
